KK Party spot’s event space is the perfect place for your next intimate event. Our clean, bright, modern space allows for endless possibilities. Whether you are hosting a birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, engagement party, graduation party, business meetings, holiday parties, etc. we are here to help bring your vision to life.

ROOM RENTAL ONLY PRICING:

MON-THURS: ½ Day Rental (4 hours) $150 // All day Rental (9 hours) $350

FRI, SAT & SUN: ½ Day Rental (4 hours) $375 // All Day Rental (9 hours)$725

Half day rentals are split into two sessions— morning 10am-2pm & afternoon 3pm-7pm. *Please account for setup/teardown. i.e.: 1 hour setup + 2 hour event + 1 hour teardown = 4 hours. Additional time can be added for $50/hr. Extra time cannot be added on the day of event.

Do you have air conditioning / heating?

Yes! We are an air-conditioned venue. We also have heating - so you are covered the whole year round!

Can I view the space before booking?

Absolutely! We are happy to show you around. Please use our booking system below to schedule a time.

What is the venue capacity?

Our venue capacity is 60 people!

What facilities does the space have?

Guests will have access to our fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, crockpots & some utensils. We have two restrooms in the front rooms - one equipped with a baby changing station. We also have bluetooth speakers and a smart TV available.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! We have parking in the rear as well as parking spots on the side near the garage doors. Additional parking can be found across the street at town hall.

Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not park in or block the neighbors driveways. Do NOT park in the Pubs parking lot.

Can we host any type of event?

Unfortunately no. We do not allow any type of events with live music or alcohol.

Do you offer hire items?

Yes! Our sister company, KK Party Co, has a variety of equipment for hire. From equipment rentals, decor, balloon garlands, backdrops, etc. We offer 15% off all rentals when booked with venue rental. Check out their page for rental information www.kkpartyco.com

Do we clean up after the event?

We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it. We will provide cleaning items. All trash should be picked up at the end of the event and tossed in the bins located directly behind the building.

What can I bring into the space?

You are more than welcome to bring most items into the venue as long as they don’t cause damage to our walls, floors or furniture.

We do not allow outside inflatables, soft play or marquees into the venue. Our sister company, KK Party Co, offers a variety of different equipment for hire. We do offer 15% off rentals with KK Party Co with venue rentals.

Alcohol and live music are prohibited at the venue.

Can we add extra time to our venue rental?

Yes- additional time can be added; however, it must be added prior to the day of the event. It is $50/hour. *Subject to availability
