How big are the marquees?
Each marquee is 3’tall. The width varies depending on letter, number and symbol.
Do you require a deposit?
All marquee rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is due at the time of booking to reserve your marquees and be added to our calendar. We will NOT hold the marquees until a deposit has been made.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event.
If your event date is within the 7 day window of your reservation the full balance will be due to reserve your letters on your date.
What are they made out of?
Our LED Marquees are manufactured from a high quality metal and finished with a powder coated white paint for a clean, modern, bright look!
Can I choose multiple colors for my letters?
Absolutely! Our letters are controlled through our smart phones and are easily changeable; however, once we leave the setup, they are not able to be changed. Please be on-site to give us a thumbs up once we start setting the colors. We have over 180 different preset color effects that you can choose from and we also have the ability to make the colors pulse to music.
Can my letters be set up outdoors?
Yes, if weather permits! There are certain circumstances that would prevent us from setting up outdoors. Those include weather- high winds & wind gusts, rain and snow. It also includes unsafe surfaces- gravel, uneven grass/concrete, etc. Our marquees can withstand LIGHT rain. All clients MUST have a backup plan in case of inclement weather. We will not set up balloons or marquees if wind gusts exceed 15 mph.
Can we add balloons to the marquees?
Yes! While we hope that you use KK Party Co for your balloons, we do allow other vendors to install balloons on our marquees. Vendors MUST follow our rules on attaching to marquees. Failure to follow our rules will result in additional charges to the client.
Which surfaces work best for set up?
We offer both indoors and outdoors on any LEVEL SURFACE that includes grass, turf, asphalt, cement, pavers and sports courts. For your safety and to avoid damage to our marquees, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have questions about a potential setup area, one of our team members would be happy to make an information recommendation during our planning process. We reserve the right to change locations if we arrive and the area is deemed unsafe to setup.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 14 days prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than 14 days from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.
Deposits are non-refundable.
